This video addresses the problem of sustaining good mental health in a culture where gun violence is a reality. It emphasizes the sensation of anxiety and paranoia that comes with knowing that danger can strike at any time. It plays on the irony that, while we can select how we approach each day, we cannot control the potential of being in the wrong place at the wrong moment. It’s about the conflict between taking control of our lives and the fear of events beyond our control.
