I am a performance artist obsessed with everyday life and the feelings of human nature, and how it connects with artistic expressions. My interest is to deeply observe everyday acts as sitting at the table to eat or have a cup of coffee, the way we establish conversations or how we move from one place to another.
Likewise, I am interested in everyday rituals and processes. For PTM Contemporary residency, I would like to develop the COLLAGE TROUVE project, which consists
of taking tours at the subway (MTA) in order to observe the billboards that, when torn off for cleaning, create -through chance- layers of paper that make up collages that are combined with stickers, graffiti and tags, destined to disappear in the next advertising cycle. The result would be a dozen collages that would be presented again as new posters by electrographic means. Prefered period: September and October 2024.
