My practice is about enlightenment. Through thorough research, both scientific and philosophical, I construct transdisciplinary projects that expand our awareness and reimagine life-affirming systems that value individuals and communities. These projects are embodied meditations on healing, spaces to practice deep listening and rigorous reflection, and opportunities to build caring networks. As a queer immigrant, I advocate for the rights of women, immigrants and LGBTQI+ communities by inviting audiences on immersive journeys that share perspectives openly and respectfully. The participatory and meditative aspect of these works, installations and performances allows us to break free from the efficiencies of our minds and see things with a new perspective. In hopes of establishing new modes of consciousness that enable balance, blissful presence and each one to become an agent of change.
